Finova labs is looking for a motivated BusinessDevelopment Representatives to join our sales team. You’ll manage a team to drive quality B2B leads and support company growth. Ideal candidates have strong B2B lead gen, data-driven skills, and team leadership experience.

Location: Razi Rd, Block-6 PECHS, Karachi,
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM –4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • – Conduct outbound calling to identify and engage potential clients.
  • – Execute cold campaigns through direct calls.
  • – Qualify leads and route them to the sales team
  • – Stay up to date on industry trends and meet outreach and conversion KPIs.

What we’re looking for:

  • – 3+yearsof lead generation or sales development experience.
  • – Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
  • – Excellent communication skills
  • – Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
